TERMS OF SERVICE

 
- PAYMENT -The payment for the commission will be made after the submission of the initial sketch of the artwork. The client has the right to review the sketch before proceeding with the final payment. Once the sketch is confirmed, the payment should be made according to the previously agreed amount. Payments can be made via PIX, PayPal, or another method agreed upon between the artist and the client.
 - COPYRIGHT AND CREDIT -The client may not post the artwork as their own. Proper credit to the artist must be given in all public posts or uses of the artwork. The credit should be clearly visible and appropriately placed, mentioning the artist's name or @handle as agreed upon by both parties. - REFUNDS -No refunds will be issued after payment has been made. The client must review and approve the initial sketch before proceeding with the final payment.
 - CHANGES TO THE ARTWORK -The client is entitled to up to two revisions of the initial sketch. Additional changes may incur extra charges, as agreed between the client and the artist. Once the final sketch is approved, significant changes to the design will not be accepted without additional fees. - COMMERCIAL USE -The client is granted the right to use the artwork for personal purposes, but any commercial use must be separately agreed upon with the artist, which may incur additional costs. The artist retains the copyright over the work.
 - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIE -The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and references for the artwork in a clear and complete manner. Changes or revisions due to unclear or incomplete instructions may result in additional charges.

TERMOS DE SERVIÇO

 
- PAGAMENTO -O pagamento pela comissão será realizado após o envio do primeiro esboço (sketch) da arte. O cliente tem o direito de revisar o esboço antes de prosseguir com o pagamento final. Após a confirmação do esboço, o pagamento deve ser efetuado de acordo com o valor previamente acordado. O pagamento pode ser feito via PIX, PayPal ou outro método acordado entre o artista e o cliente. - DIREITOS AUTORAIS E CRÉDITOS -O cliente não poderá postar a arte como se fosse sua. O crédito ao artista deve ser dado em todas as postagens ou usos públicos da arte. O crédito deve ser claramente visível e adequado, mencionando o nome ou a @ do artista, conforme acordado entre as partes.
É estritamente proibido realizar qualquer tipo de "tracing" (cópia ou reprodução direta) de minhas obras de arte. O "tracing" é uma violação dos direitos autorais e constitui crime, sujeito a ações legais e denúncias às autoridades competentes.
Qualquer uso não autorizado, incluindo a modificação, reprodução ou distribuição de minhas criações sem permissão, poderá resultar em consequências legais. A violação dos direitos autorais será denunciada e poderá gerar sanções jurídicas conforme a legislação vigente.Respeite o trabalho artístico e intelectual!!!
 - REEMBOLSO -Não será concedido reembolso após o pagamento. O cliente deve revisar e aprovar o esboço inicial antes de prosseguir com o pagamento final. - ALTERAÇÃO DE ARTE -O cliente tem direito a até 2 alterações no esboço inicial da arte. Alterações adicionais poderão ser cobradas conforme acordado entre o cliente e o artista. Após a aprovação do esboço final, mudanças significativas no desenho não serão mais aceitas sem custos adicionais. - USO COMERCIAL -O cliente terá direito de uso da arte para fins pessoais, mas o uso comercial deve ser acordada separadamente com o artista, podendo implicar em custos adicionais. O artista mantém os direitos autorais sobre a obra. - USO DO CLIENTE -O cliente é responsável por fornecer todas as informações e referências necessárias para a realização da arte de forma clara e completa. Mudanças ou retrabalhos causados por falta de informações ou diretrizes claras podem gerar custos adicionais.
